After a long search, 2.5 years ago we found our dream apartment on the Costa del Sol, specifically in 'La Cala de Mijas' – a place where everything comes together for us: our love for this region, tranquility, nature, and yet the bustling coastal towns within easy reach. When we stood on the terrace of this apartment back then and saw the view, we looked at each other and didn't need to say anything more; this was it! With great care, attention, and enthusiasm, we renovated and furnished the apartment into a comfortable and stylish place where we feel completely at home.

It is important to us that everyone feels welcome and relaxed here. We do everything we can to ensure that your stay is carefree and enjoyable. We also visit here regularly with our children, and that is precisely why we find it special to be able to share this lovely place and the beautiful surroundings with others! Description
Our modern apartment is situated in a beautiful and quiet location on the CalaNova golf course, just 4 kilometers from the beach and the charming center of La Cala de Mijas. Here, you enjoy the best of both worlds: the tranquility of a green environment and the vibrancy of the Costa del Sol within easy reach.

The apartment: 

The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and features 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also stylishly furnished with 2 single beds and adjoins the second bathroom.

The property is modern and tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The fully equipped kitchen features a cozy bar and all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine, ensuring you want for nothing, even during a longer stay. The bright living area connects seamlessly to the spacious terrace, where you can relax in the lounge set or enjoy breakfast or dinner in the seating area with views of the swimming pools, golf course, and the sea. Enjoy the Spanish outdoor lifestyle to the fullest. Should it be a bit cooler in the evenings, you can close the glass sliding door if desired.

The apartment complex has a Mediterranean feel and is surrounded by greenery. Guests can make use of no fewer than seven swimming pools, three of which are located directly in front of the apartment. Enjoy watching your children having fun by the pool from your terrace, and the waterfall completes the beautiful picture! The sunbathing areas are also equipped with sunbeds and parasols, showers, and a toilet block. Additionally, there is an underground parking garage, ensuring your car is parked safely and coolly.

Thanks to its central location, this apartment is an excellent base for exploring the Costa del Sol. From beach days in La Cala de Mijas to golfing, hiking, shopping, or trips to places like Marbella, Fuengirola, and Malaga: everything is easily accessible.

La Cala de Mijas, the nearest village located 3.5 km from our apartment, is considered by many to be one of the most charming villages on the Costa del Sol, and not without reason. While other seaside resorts can feel grand and busy, La Cala has managed to retain its authentic Spanish character, combined with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

The village is situated right by the sea and features wide sandy beaches and a pleasant promenade where you can enjoy a lovely walk, bike ride, or a drink with a view of the Mediterranean Sea. Along the beach, you will find atmospheric Chiringuitos serving fresh fish and local specialties, perfect for lunch or dinner at sunset.

In the center, you will find a nice mix of small streets, boutiques, terraces, and countless restaurants. Everything is well-organized and easygoing, making you feel at home here very quickly. Everything is within walking distance and still exudes genuine Spanish coziness. What makes La Cala extra special is the balance between liveliness and tranquility. The village has everything you need, without mass tourism. Whether you come for the beach, the food, the atmosphere, or simply to unwind completely, La Cala de Mijas knows how to enchant everyone!
